## Latest Announcements

  We have recently completed transitioning our status page from Betterstack to incident.io which is now available with the new URL [https://uptime.volarestudios.uk/](https://uptime.volarestudios.uk/). Our old status page (provided by Betterstack) is still available to be reviewed at [https://status.volarestudios.uk/](https://status.volarestudios.uk/). We have kept our old status page available until we fully transfer all the incidents and other logs we need to transfer. Once that is done the old status page will automatically direct you to our new one. **It is important to note that our old status page will not be updated with incidents past this time,** any new incidents or maintenance will be uploaded to our new status page hosted by incident.io.

  Volare Studios is looking into a system to officially replace our outdated support form. We are looking into live chat software such as Featurebase which has been temporarily implemented for trial however we are looking for a different company so far to host this.

  This is due to the new Roblox Publishing Requirements and Evaluations processes (more information about this can be found [**here**](https://devforum.roblox.com/t/new-publishing-requirements-evaluation-process-for-games/4573166)) making our games accessible to all age groups is no longer possible due to the new Roblox Plus subscription requirement. We do understand that this is a small cost however we currently do not make any profit of our games and nor does our team have enough funds to invest in this currently. This temporary cease of game operations is only temporary and also applies to our other communities such as Portbay Retail, however if we are unable to find a solution this make become permanent. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to find a solution soon.
